This 16′ enclosed trailer manufactured by Forest River is custom built into a portable steam wash/ hot water pressure washer. The trailer is completely insulated on the interior with a propane heater plumbed in so the trailer can be used in the winter without the worry of freezing. It has a Hotsy model 1260SS pressure washer/ steamer that sprays hot water up to 200°F and can make steam as hot as 375°F. Electronically controlled damper for diesel heater exhaust.
